Product Marketing Associate

Drylock Technologies Ltd., a growing manufacturer of absorbent products, is seeking reliable and motivated professionals to join our GROWING organization. We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Marketing department and are seeking a Product Marketing Associate.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product category life cycle including product development planning, market research to determine product performance and attributes, assessing customer needs, product set up, packaging, internal and customer communication.

  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging updates.
  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and establishing timelines with Product Development, Sales and Manufacturing.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, distribution, consumer satisfaction and marketing methods to ensure that the Sales team is kept up-to-date on new developments.
  • Assist Product Development, Purchasing & Marketing on sourcing of new products including but not limited to needs analysis, supplier identification and product definition.
  • Coordinate and request competitive product testing & coordination as needed (i.e. samples from customers, sales, and marketing requests).
  • Analyze product line sales via GHX, IRI, and Nielsen data.
  • Contribute to team effort of customer bids, marketing materials, general project work, and miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 to 4 years marketing experience.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Developer

Drylock Technologies Ltd., a growing manufacturer of absorbent products, is in search of a Product Developer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must model Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect and Ownership
  • Follows Work Environment Practices (WEP) and housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Sales and Business Development to identify consumer needs and/or market trends to help guide product development for the future.
  • Cooperates with Operations/Manufacturing to run trials and implement new, improved and modified products in a timely manner.
  • Able to develop & design new products with CAD drawings, product specifications, formula sheet modifications, Bill of Materials reformulations and engineering estimates.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date information on new technical and innovation developments (materials, products, process, etc.) and competitive activities (via in-house benchmarking studies and outside supplier market monitors) in both the Retail and Healthcare business.
  • Management of intellectual properties, including reviewing and drafting patent applications and disclosures.
  • Develop new innovative materials and identify new cost saving opportunities for use in the hygiene, medical and other related industry markets.
  • Work closely and collaborate with Drylock's R&D team in Belgium to maintain focus on key product & material innovations worldwide.
  • Work closely with customers' and suppliers' technical staff to establish common & new test procedures and ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations and Quality to optimize the technical and economic performance of current products.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to order and deliver new or improved materials for trials
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, QC, Planning & Scheduling to set-up and conduct trials
  • Knowledgeable of absorbent product test methods, product performance assessment and lab analysis in the field.
  • Experience in maintaining MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and product safety documentation for Customer Service.
  • Follows record retention policies and understands AS400 programs.

Education and Experience:

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering required
  • 1 year related experience in this industry desired (co-op or internship is acceptable)
  • Strong CAD drawing experience
  • Strong knowledge in statistical analysis (i.e. Minitab)
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects

  • Lead and coordinate extended trials, material and product conversions in Manufacturing
  • Calculate the cost of new materials and products, using BOM equations
  • Must have the ability to work in teams in an efficient and effective manner
  • Must have the ability to perform in a positive attitude and understand cultural differences (especially European vs. US)
  • Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes and priority setting

Maintenance Tech

Drylock Technologies Ltd., a growing manufacturer of absorbent products, is seeking reliable and motivated professionals to join our GROWING organization. We currently have an exciting opportunity in our maintenance department and are seeking TWO experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product category life cycle including product development planning, market research to determine product performance and attributes, assessing customer needs, product set up, packaging, internal and customer communication.

  • Follows all safety regulations.
  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyors systems, pneumatic equipment, chillers, etc.
  • Perform repairs on electrical or electronic instruments as directed by the Maintenance Lead.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment.
  • Install electrical wiring systems to handle required loads for various pieces of equipment, installing proper safety devices and providing necessary outlets and switches.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting.
  • Install and wire industrial automation line controls and integrate with existing network.
  • Troubleshoot, program and repair robotic equipment.
  • Conduct periodic tests or checks of all electrical or electronic instruments.
  • Identify and report potential equipment and building problems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 2 year Technical degree preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 year minimum experience in production field.
  • Extensive industrial automation (PLC programming) experience/training is required.

Hours:

Alternative Work Schedules, 12 hour shift, rotation from days to nights every 8 weeks.

We are looking for an organized and driven Staff Accountant to join our Accounting start up team. The Staff Accountant position will work closely with other accounting support staff and operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.
