Presto Absorbent Products, Inc. (PAPI), a manufacturer of high-quality disposable incontinence products, is seeking a Regional Sales Directorbased in Texas. The territory assigned to this role includes Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. We are looking for a dynamic individual to represent our product line to long-term care, acute care, home care and managed care markets.
As Regional Sales Director, you will develop trustworthy relationships with current and prospective customers to solicit orders for our products. You must be knowledgeable of our products and competitors; able to develop and implement strategic plans that meet the territory sales goals; and comfortable conducting influential presentations at trade association meetings in an effort to promote our products, gain new clients and meet sales goals.
· Solicitation experience with institutional customers; familiarity with adult incontinent products preferred
· Bachelor's degree; Business Administration, Nursing, Sales or Marketing preferred
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Ability to travel frequently
· Strong business math skills

We are seeking a purchasing professional to solicit bids and conduct successful negotiations for materials, supplies and services. Researching the marketplace, maintaining vendor master files, establishing cost standards, forecasts purchased items, and working with Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Production on supplier qualifications will be key functions.
Our ideal candidate is an adaptable, proactive problem-solver with the initiative necessary to work independently. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) and 4 years' purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment are required, plus knowledge of procurement-related accounting principles; proficiency with MS-Word/Excel/Access; and effective communication, prioritizing and interpersonal skills. Experience and training in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
